TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SERVICES RENDERED: Cedar Point Dumpsters agrees to provide non-hazardous solid waste collection and disposal services as specified herein and customer agrees to make payments and abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement as specified herein.
WASTE MATERIAL: This agreement is for non-hazardous solid waste which can be disposed of at a non-hazardous solid waste landfill or transfer station. Customer is responsible for ensuring that waste materials that are banned from landfill or transfer stations are not placed in the rented dumpster and agrees to pay any charges associated with the disposal or return of those items. Please see “Banned Items” list.
PAYMENTS: Customer agrees to make all payments for any and all charges contained herein. By making initial deposit Customer agrees to all terms and conditions herein. Customer agrees to allow Cedar Point Dumpsters to use the credit card used for the initial deposit for the remainder of the rental costs and any subsequent charges and fees contained herein. Customer shall be responsible for any damage to the dumpster or any of its parts and equipment caused by Customer or Customer negligence.
DRIVING AREAS AND EQUIPMENT: Customer agrees to provide unobstructed access during service times. Customer agrees to hold harmless Cedar Point dumpsters against any damage caused by trucks and equipment. Customer agrees not to overload the dumpster by weight (3 tons) or by volume. Return trips for blocked and overloaded dumpsters will result in additional fees equal to the price of the original rental.
TERM: Service under this agreement shall commence on the delivery date and may be terminated by either party by giving one day notice. Cancelations not made 7 days prior to delivery date shall be charged the full rental price.
BANNED ITEMS: PAINT, asphalt, treadmills, pavement, brick, yard waste, batteries, fluorescent bulbs, mercury items, motor oil, gasoline, diesel and any hazardous materials, asbestos etc. Banned items include but are not limited to the items mentioned above and are subject to change based on the current landfill and transfer station rules.
ADDITIONAL COST ITEMS:
$20: Car tire, Propane tank
$30: TV’, Computer, Monitor, Truck tire, Appliance
$75: Box Spring
